Digital Sign In Sign Out of ELC

All students are required to be signed into and out of the ELC each day.

This is achieved via the EnrolNow Digital Sign In Sign Out (SISO) platform. This system is designed to maximise security measures around drop off and pick up.

A tablet is provided in each room with the EnrolNow Digital SISO app which is very simple and quick to use.

All parents/carers and authorised nominees you have provided with authority to collect your child/ren will be set up within the Digital SISO system.

Please ensure you let the Centre know if you have updated your authorised nominees.

New User Registration & Verification

The first time anyone uses the Digital SISO app, they will be asked to register and verify themselves. You will receive an initial email from EnrolNow.

On the tablet in your child’s ELC room – complete the following simple steps:

  1. Click on the button – Register as Parent/Carer
  2. Follow the prompts to enter your mobile number
  3. A 6 digit SMS code will be sent via text, enter this code to verify your number
    • NOTE: For the purpose of set-up, personal devices will be required. As per government guidelines regarding the use of personal devices in the Centre, your device should be immediately put away once the SISO process is complete.
  4. You will then be asked to create a 4 digit pin that you will use on an ongoing basis.
  5. You are now registered, you won’t need to do this step again
  6. If you forget your pin, you can follow these steps again to re-register
Sign In Sign Out

Once you are registered you can use the tablet to sign in and then sign out any children you are dropping off or collecting.

  • When you enter your mobile and 4 digit pin number you will see your child along with any other children you have authority to collect.
  • You can also make a note of who you are expecting to collect your child that day.
Automatic Log Out After Use

For maximum security and privacy, the Digital SISO system has been set up to automatically log out any user after they have completed a task or been inactive for a short period of time.

Adding New Authorised Nominees

All nominees that you have provided as part of the enrolment process, who have authority to collect, will automatically be set up in the EnrolNow Digital SISO system.

  • You can add new authorised nominees throughout the year by emailing the Centre
  • The details you provide will ensure the nominee is set up in the Digital SISO platform.

Please remind any new ‘authorised to collect nominees’ to bring their mobile phone so they can register to collect your child.
