BOOKS, LOCKERS, DIARIES & ID CARDS
Students will need a range of resources as part of their daily education program.
Key information is outlined below.
Foundation – Year 6: Student books and stationery are provided by the School (included in the booklist levy).
Years 7 – 12: Campion Education is the official supplier of Years 7 – 12 student books and stationery.
The School’s booklist carries both physical and print text depending on the requirements of the subject. Where a digital option is available, students are encouraged not to carry textbooks between school and home but rather use the electronic version at home. When compiling the booklist, every effort is made to reduce the overall cost to families.
- Each year parents will be provided with an MG Campion access code to order.
- 2026 code: V2R4
- If you have multiple children, you will need to submit a separate order for each student.
- Year 7 students, you only need to purchase the books for the language (LOTE) your child will be studying (Chinese Heritage, Chinese Mainstream, French, or German).
Foundation – Year 12: students are provided with a printed School Diary at the beginning of the school year.
As students progress through the School, we increasingly require them to make consistent use of their diaries and weekly planners to help manage their time effectively, stay organised, and build positive study habits.
From Years 7 – 12, Mentors will check student diaries at the start of the week to ensure students are using them effectively to manage their learning and other commitments.
Years 5 – 12: students are allocated a locker.
- Years 5 & 6 students are provided with a padlock.
- Years 7 – 12 students must bring their own lock to school (can be from Year 6 if they still have it).
- If the padlock has a key, students should leave a spare key with their Mentor.
- Students may not share their locker, and they should be kept locked at all times.
School ID cards are provided to students from Years 4 – 12 shortly after school photos are taken, usually at the start of the new school year.
The Student ID cards have embedded chip technology which supports access to School services including the following:
- Canteen purchases through FLEXISCHOOLS (School cafés are cashless and mobile phones cannot be used during school hours)
- Late arrival/early departure check-in at Campus Admin Offices
- Photocopying/Printing
- Library borrowing
- Ventura buses
- Health Centre check-in
Cards are replaced annually and include the student’s DOB and updated photograph so it can be used for identification purposes outside of school.
Students issued with an ID card are expected to carry it with them at all times while at school. If a Student ID card is damaged or lost, please contact the relevant Campus PA.
NOTE: Students can use an old student ID card from a previous year if they have one until a new card can be obtained.
